The Right ENT Care, Right Here
Do problems with your ears, nose, or throat have you taking more time off from work than you can afford? Is the pain of making time to get the care you need adding to your stress? Ear infections, sinus disorders and tonsillitis are just a few of the common problems that can now be addressed by a specialist right here on the Outer Banks. The Outer Banks Hospital continues to blaze new trails to provide the care you need, right here. Outer Banks Ear Nose & Throat is the newest addition to the growing list of healthcare services available to you here at home. Dr. Anthony Jackson joined Outer Banks Medical Group in January and is an otolaryngologist with more than 25 years of ear, nose and throat experience. He specializes in inserting ear tubes, performing tonsillectomies and adenoidectomies, and evaluating and treating sinus disorders and head and neck masses. “I’m thrilled to be a part of the Outer Banks Medical Group,” said Dr. Jackson. “I’m particularly interested in procedures that provide solutions for patients, like when parents bring their children to be evaluated for delayed speech development and we identify a problem with conductive hearing loss. Once we surgically remove the middle ear fluid and insert pressure equalization tubes, their ability to hear improves along with improved speech development.” Whether it’s chronic allergy problems, hearing and balance challenges, or voice disorders, children and adults now have local access to expert ear, nose, and throat care and solutions that can help them get back to doing what they love.
