The Center for Healthy Living specializes in helping you achieve your personal goals as they relate to your health and well-being. Our Team is specially trained to offer personalized care in a positive and inspiring setting.
The center does not replace your primary care physician, in fact, we work closely with your doctor to help you achieve your goals.
Think of the Center for Healthy Living as your wellness specialist. If you need knee surgery, your primary care provider would send you to an orthopedic specialist. If you need help with a lifestyle change or support that will greatly improve your health or quality of life, your primary care provider may refer you to the Center for Healthy Living.
There are many reasons people need personalized help to achieve these goals.
Maybe your surgeon has told you that you need to lose weight or stop smoking to be eligible for surgery. Perhaps you need help learning how to plan meals as a newly diagnosed diabetic or, maybe stress is so overwhelming that you are worried about taking care of your family.
We use Lifestyle and Integrative Medicine to help you restore and maintain your health.
What’s holding you back from reaching your goals? Call your primary care physician for a referral to The Center for Healthy Living today. You’ll feel better just making the call and our team will inspire you every step of the way to a healthier, happier you.
What we put in our bodies has a profound impact on our livelihood. Think about it — the food and beverage we consume is the fuel our bodies use for growth, energy, and healing. Nutrition affects all aspects of our lives. At The Center for Healthy Living, our team provides clear and simple advice about the variety of delicious and nutritious foods you can enjoy — foods that will help you feel better, heal faster, and give you more energy, in addition to losing weight!
Our program is an evidenced-based approach designed to assist you in reducing or quitting your tobacco use. With behavioral interventions and nicotine replacement therapy, we will equip you with strategies to make the necessary changes in your life to help you achieve a tobacco-free lifestyle. We will be with you on the journey to provide the support and encouragement that you need to achieve your goals.

This program is free of charge. Duration: A patient-centered follow-up is determined at initial visit. We encourage review at diagnosis, annually, when complications influence self-management, and for transitions of care.
