Kaylyn Varner, Certified Nursing Assistant I on the Medical Surgical Unit, joined Outer Banks Health in January, 2023. Since then, she has displayed unparalleled compassion towards her patients by ensuring their experience is exceptional. Varner is a model for self-improvement and professional growth. She is currently enrolled at COA and will be applying for the Associate Degree in Nursing program this January. She is also a shining example of teamwork and leadership for her department. Her dedication to working from her heart shows in everything she does.
