Stacy Marshall named Outer Banks Hospital Employee of the Month for January, 2019

Stacy Marshall, Patient Scheduling Coordinator for the Ambulatory Medical Unit, is The Outer Banks Hospital’s January, 2019 Employee of the Month. Marshall joined the Outer Banks Hospital in July of 2016. She moved to the Outer Banks from Redford, Michigan, in 2014.

Marshall fills a multifaceted role in the AMU, and does so with expertise and efficiency. She also serves as a mentor and clinical resource to others. She willingly takes on extra tasks to support the AMU as well as other departments that work with Cancer Services and Cardio Pulmonary Rehabilitation.

Marshall demonstrates compassion for her patients consistently. No matter how hectic her day may be, Stacy is always accommodating and willing to do whatever she can to make a patient’s oncology treatment a bit easier.

Reacting to the news that she was chosen as the Employee of the Month, Marshall stated, “I was so excited by this recognition! It could easily be shared with any of my coworkers as they are amazing people to work with.” She continued, “I’m fortunate to be in a position that allows me to help provide our patients a positive and compassionate experience.”
