Madeline joined Outer Banks Health in February 2016 and has been an essential member of the Urgent Care Kitty Hawk team ever since. For nine years, she has exemplified excellence, growth, and compassion, consistently reflecting our ICEAST values.
Recently earning her BSN, Madeline continues to pursue professional development, serving as a preceptor and mentor to new nurses and students. She not only teaches clinical skills but also models empathy, integrity, and professionalism.
Her commitment to patient care is unwavering. Madeline prioritizes patient education, ensuring individuals understand their treatment plans and feel empowered in their health journey. Her ability to listen, explain, and advocate sets her apart as both a nurse and educator.
