Swithers is an amazing example of our core values and shows her dedication to her work and patients every day.
Reacting to the news that she was chosen as the Employee of the Month, Swithers stated, “Having the ability to ease a person’s pain, help them through a difficult recovery or just put a smile on their face makes a busy day worth every bit of sweat. I love being a part of the best healthcare team on the Outer Banks and plan to continue my education and advance my certifications.” She continued, “Thank you to my co-workers and my patients who make me feel needed and helpful. It is because of you that I know I make a difference.”
