Free A1C Screenings (at Dare County Center)

JOIN THE A1C SCREENING ROAD SHOW!
The Outer Banks Hospital is offering free A1C diabetes screening in Dare County for those 18 years of age or older. A1C screenings measure a person’s blood glucose level over the past three months.
