Join us on Leap Day for what promises to be a lively evening with two experts on the topic of heart and lung health. Samuel F. Sears, Ph.D., ABPP, a professor in the Departments of Psychology and Cardiovascular Sciences at East Carolina University, and  Rana J. Khan, MD, FCCP, a pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine consultant will discuss the importance of exercise and healthy living as well as how to overcome the psychological barriers to living a healthy life after a heart or lung event.

A heart-healthy dinner will be provided. Reservations are required.
