Nags Head, NC – June 29, 2026 – Anita Levy joined the Outer Banks Health inpatient team in September 2022 and quickly became an essential part of the department. She consistently goes above and beyond to keep the unit running smoothly by anticipating needs, solving problems before they arise and ensuring caregivers can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Levy is also the heart of the unit’s culture. Her enthusiasm, kindness and thoughtful gestures bring the team together and create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. Her compassion shines through in moments big and small, including during a winter snowstorm when she delivered homemade potato soup in the middle of the night to stranded team members.

Affectionately known as the “mom” of the unit, Levy is a trusted source of encouragement, positivity and unwavering support. She exemplifies the values of Outer Banks Health, and her colleagues are proud to recognize her as Team Member of the Month for the tremendous difference she makes every day.
