The Cowell Cancer Center and Janet Creef, Oncology Licensed Clinical Social Worker, are hosting a session where participants will explore ways to accept and cope with the transitions we face in life. Change is a part of life, but dealing with it is not always easy – having a positive mindset, and the tools you need, can make these transitions smoother and less worrisome.
