Participants must be between the ages of 18 and 64 to receive a vaccine. \nAppointments are required. To schedule yours\, please call 252-449-4529. \n*We STRONGLY recommend that individuals ages 65+ receive the High Dose Quadrivalent Flu Vaccine this year. Please note that this clinic does NOT administer the High Dose Quadrivalent Flu Vaccine.
