Participants must be between the ages of 18 and 64 to receive a vaccine. \nAppointments preferred but walk ins welcome. Call 252-449-4529 to schedule. \n*We STRONGLY recommend that individuals ages 65+ receive the High Dose Quadrivalent Flu Vaccine this year.
