Participants must be between the ages of 18 and 64 to receive a vaccine. \nAppointments are required. To make one\, please call 252-449-4529. \n*We STRONGLY recommend that individuals ages 65+ receive the High Dose Quadrivalent Flu Vaccine this year. Please note that this clinic does NOT administer the High Dose Quadrivalent Flu Vaccine. DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Through our hospital’s Community Benefit Grants Program we are excited to partner with NC MedAssist to bring back the free Over The Counter Medicine GiveAway events! \nThis drive-thru event will allow community members to complete an online order form prior to the event\, and then attend the drive-thru event to pick up their free over the counter medicine items and find out more about the NC MedAssist Free Pharmacy Program. \nThis event will function entirely as a drive-thru.
